Our journey
Built on experience, not a pitch deck.
North Realty Group started with 13 years in mortgage lending, a military discharge, and a decision to stop working around real estate and start working in it.
Jason Northcutt spent over a decade originating loans at Wachovia, Countrywide, and World Savings before the industry reset made the choice for him. In 2016 he moved fully into real estate sales. He knew how money moved, how deals fell apart, and how buyers and sellers got left behind when nobody was watching the whole transaction. That knowledge became the foundation of the team.
Today North Realty Group operates under Compass and helps families buy and sell homes in Little Elm and across North Texas. The team is small on purpose.
